Storyworlds are the future; through Reflector, Alex strives to build a platform to create original, cross-platform entertainment, giving rise to timeless mythologies and building a dedicated, global audience.


Alex leads Reflector’s executive team through his singular cross-platform vision for a true transmedia company, while spearheading the creation of its Storyworlds.


Chief Creative Officer of Lune Rouge, Reflector’s parent company, Alex brings his unique creative vision to the group’s wide range of projects in the fields of technological innovation, entrepreneurship and live entertainment experiences. Previously a Creative Director at Ubisoft, Alex was one of the visionary talents behind the international success of Assassin’s Creed. He has been twice nominated by the prestigious Writer’s Guild of America.


Alex is a multiplatform artist in his own right; he writes, draws, plays electric guitar, as well as the trumpet. He’s also always up for a good gaming session, a discussion on the minutiae of Seinfeldia, or theoretical physics.

Results driven and growth-oriented strategist


Marc-Olivier is helping Reflector Entertainment grow into an industry leader by playing a key role in the business strategy, implementing efficient processes and helping set up an environment for growth and financial sustainability.


Marc-Olivier started his accounting career at Richter LLP, and then moved on to hold several finance leadership positions in North America and Europe. He also founded his own consulting practice, where he was advising a large variety of growing companies.

He is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from HEC Montréal, a Master’s degree for the University of Sherbrooke and attended the Strategic Financial Leadership Program for CFOs at Stanford University.


Marc-Olivier is an avid downhill skier by winter and seizes every occasion for a motorcycle ride by summer.

simon tremblayHead of New Media


Head of New Media

Game developer, leader and creative visionary


Simon oversees development in Reflector Entertainment’s New Media division, which handles projects ranging from high-production-value (AAA) to mobile games, VR or AR experiences and computer-generated productions for film or television.


Previously a Producer and Associate Producer at Ubisoft and Electronic Arts, two of the world’s largest gaming companies, Simon made a significant contribution to the production of AAA titles such as Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time and Assassin’s Creed.

Simon is the founder of Groundhog Games, an indie game start-up.


Simon celebrates when he manages to have poutine and foie gras in the same week.

sylvain trottierHead of Technology


Head of Technology


Sylvain oversees technology development and strategy at Reflector. He is also responsible for partner management at the studio, developing and establishing partnerships and business alliances with strategic technological partners.


Sylvain worked at Ubisoft for more than 12 years. As the Brand Technology Director of Assassin’s Creed, he headed the vision for Technologies and related efforts on the brand. In parallel to this job, as the Strategic Partner Manager of Ubisoft Montreal, he was handling the relationships with key strategic partners for the entire studio. He also worked as an Associate Producer, overseeing engineering and technology development on both Assassin’s Creed Black Flag and Far Cry 4. Prior to that, he was Deputy director of the Central Technology group, where the teams developed key technology elements used in multiple Ubisoft titles.


Sylvain loves music, video games, and his cottage. He can’t survive without music for more than a week!

Head of Marketing


In 2018, André started a new adventure at Reflector Entertainment as the Head of Content and Marketing, working to redefine what the future of entertainment could be.


André has worked in the video game industry for more than 12 years. He started his career as a Product Manager at THQ in France, working on both casual and hardcore games.

Driven by his passion for video games, and the desire to be a more critical part of the game

development process, he took on the challenge of becoming the International Product Manager at Ubisoft Montreal. In this role, he collaborated to release multiple critically acclaimed AAA games, the most notable ones being Splinter Cell, Prince of Persia, and Far Cry.

In 2008, he decided to join Eidos-Montreal, where his primary goal was to build a highly competent and innovative International Brand Marketing department in order to help renew and revive the Deus Ex franchise. The result of these efforts was of course the critically acclaimed title, Deus Ex Human Revolution. This was the studios first major release, and its global commercial success was due in no small part to the hard work and dedication shown by Andre and his team towards the Deus Ex Brand.


Aside from an undying passion for video games, André is a foodie who loves to introduce people to high quality dining experiences. He also enjoys spending his spare time with his family, and drawing.

Human Resources Manager


Marieve is responsible for the establishment of the human resources department at Reflector. She is in charge of finding the best talent in the market and developing strategies aimed at making Reflector a first-rate company in the entertainment sector.


Marieve has acquired a wealth of varied experience in all areas of human resources. She started her career in the public health sector, where she rose through the ranks of the human resources department. Marieve has not followed a conventional path. From her work experience in Nunavik to her time spent as an entrepreneur, she has shown herself to be a woman of action motivated by adventure and challenge.

According to her, the culture at Reflector matches her ambitions and creativity, while also being a good fit on a more human level: “The workplace should be a reflection of who you are; you spend most of your time there, so it’s essential that you feel at home. It’s almost like being part of a family.”


Marieve is passionate about fashion, the sector in which she founded her business. She likes spending time with her family and friends, as well as travelling and cooking.

dave shannonGame Director


Game Director


Dave is pursuing his dream of making a truly unique gaming experience by fostering the maximum creativity from Reflector’s talented team. He is working to achieve this by focusing on innovations that are built on top of proven foundations, instead of reinventing them.


Dave started with Ubisoft Montreal as a Level Designer. He was fortunate to start his career working on the well-established Rainbow Six franchise, allowing him to develop his skills and learn from talented professionals. During this time, he discovered that he had a passion for game design and storytelling. He then joined Warner Brothers Montreal as a Game Designer, helping to build this new studio and their first title, Batman Arkham Origins. Shortly afterwards, Dave began the next leg of his journey with Ubisoft Montreal and the Assassin Creed Origins team, where he played an integral role in both the Level design and Game Design direction.


On his free time, he of course enjoys playing games, but also tries to find as much time as possible to enjoy two of his other passions: playing music and spending time with his children.

Director of Programming


In 2019, Frédéric joined Reflector Entertainment as Director of Programming, looking to bring forth his 20 years of experience to help deliver Reflector’s first AAA game.


In 1999, Frederic graduated from L’école Polytechnique de Montréal with a degree in Computer Engineering. His career started with an internship at Softimage, working as a Software Design Engineer there until 2005. At Softimage, he picked up knowledge on invaluable software that is used in both the cinema and gaming industry. It was at this point that he made the full-on jump into the gaming industry, working as a programmer on Far Cry Predator, and a lead programmer on Far Cry Vengeance at Ubisoft. After moving to Behavior Interactive to work as the Lead Programmer on Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings, Frederic took a leap of faith and attempted to simultaneously try his hand at the restaurant industry, opening up Le Mood. After almost two years running Le Mood, he decided to move on from it, focusing on his passion for programming and earning his MBA.

In 2011, Fred embraced the opportunity to work on the THIEF reboot at Eidos-Montréal as the Lead Progammer, since working on both the 2013 Tomb Raider Reboot and Rise of the Tomb Raider. In his 7th year at Eidos-Montréal, he focused all his efforts on the Tomb Raider franchise, wrapping up his time at Eidos as the Programming Director on Shadow of the Tomb Raider.


On his spare time, Fred enjoys board games, cycling, soccer, and movies.

jean-normand bucciProducer - New Media Division


Producer - New Media Division


Jean-Normand is leading Reflector Entertainment’s real-time technology-based projects for non-gaming applications.  Alongside a multi-disciplinary team, they are researching new ways to use digital content and novel technologies to further enhance the storytelling experience.


15 years ago, as a well-rounded artist on a high-profile video game production at Ubisoft, Jean-Normand developed his love for the technology behind video games, pushing him to achieve the highest quality game visuals possible.  This led to his next role at Eidos-Montreal, where he was brought on to manage a team of technical artists, tasked with the responsibility of establishing the technical art direction for multi-million-dollar video game productions.  He then became the R&D Director of LABS, a team acting for Eidos-Montréal, IO Interactive, and Crystal Dynamics.  Jean-Normand managed the development of solutions for complex industry problems, sharing this work both internally and within the game industry as a whole.  Their role was to research and develop the technological enhancements that could be seen tomorrow, next year, or even five years from now, helping to revolutionize the real-time capabilities of all video game content.


Weightlifting, running, and generally training himself physically. This is counter-balanced by an indulgence in good wine and great food.

noémie l'ecuyerProducer




Since joining Reflector in 2017, Noémie manages a team of experienced game developers working on a AAA project for the Unknown 9 Universe. As a producer, she collaborates with the team to remove blockers and manage risks, all while ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget.


Having spent more than 10 years in the video game industry, Noémie gained a lot of her experience at Ubisoft working on the Watch Dogs brand. She started her career at Ubisoft in the internal mobility team, learning the different specialties of production, before deciding to continue her career on the production floor.  Noémie studied in both international business and political science.


Catching up on a good Netflix series, along with discovering new cities and beaches when time permits.

christophe rossignolLevel Design Director


Level Design Director

Architect of fun, creator of memories.


Christophe, in collaboration with other directors, defines the vision of Reflector’s AAA games. He leads a team of level designers to carefully craft an entertaining experience from a gameplay, narrative, and emotional perspective at the highest standards possible. The goal is to place Reflector Entertainment among the leaders in the industry in player’s hearts.


Christophe started his career as a programmer at Infogrames in France. Then, a few years later, he made the jump overseas to Join Ubisoft Montreal as a level designer, moving up to Associate Level Design Director during his time there. Christophe had the opportunity to develop his expertise and contribute to a multitude of games, including both IP reboots and new IP’s. He’s worked on some of the biggest AAA franchises in the industry, such as Far Cry, Watch Dogs, and Assassin’s Creed.

She fulfills this mission by searching for the best talent in the industry, by warmly welcoming and onboarding new employees, by supporting employees over the course of their career path, and by developing new projects designed to facilitate work and happiness at Reflector.


Marilou is a recent graduate of the Université de Montréal’s School of Industrial Relations, and is proud to join our team after completing her internship at our studio. Her first experience in human resources was at the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Diversité et de l’Inclusion. She has also been involved with her student union and professional order, organizing a number of events. She is the recipient of several scholarships for engagement and academic excellence, and often volunteers at events and festivals in the arts and culture sector.


Marilou has a glowing and joyful presence and is very attentive to those around her. Her hobbies include sewing, board games and playing the ukulele.

Sandrine is a recent graduate of the Université de Montréal’s School of Industrial Relations, and is proud to join our team after completing her internship at our studio. Her early experience was in the event coordination and performing arts sector. She also lived and studied in China for a year, allowing her to strongly develop her sense of curiosity and cultural understanding.


Sandrine is a very dynamic and fun person. She is a foodie and never misses an opportunity to socialize over a good meal. In winter, she takes advantage of the cold weather by hitting the ski slopes.

Elena handles the corporate responsibilities in the marketing team. She helped oversee the re-branding of Reflector and coordinates many internal and external activities. She also dabbles in social media from time to time.


Elena started her career working in advertising agencies. This environment led her to acquire a special set of skills and trained her to work in the hustle and bustle of it all. She graduated from Concordia’s John Molson School of Business with a bachelor’s in marketing.


Elena enjoys crafty DIY projects, going to concerts, discovering natural wine, and eating pizza (a lot of pizza). She keeps her chill with yoga & unapologetically binging reality shows.

noémie de rothschildPublic Relations Manager


Public Relations Manager


As Public Relations Manager, Noémie contributes to Reflector’s global reach both from a corporate and IP perspective in order to position the company as an industry trailblazer. Noémie is also responsible for internal communication, in order to streamline processes and create a strong sense of belonging.


Noémie began her career in France at Digitas LBI, a digital marketing agency. Subsequently, Noémie moved to Quebec to pursue her studies in Communication and Marketing at the Université du Québec à Montréal. During her studies, Noémie became involved in marketing strategy and brand management in several companies in the field of new technologies. Prior to joining Reflector, Noémie was a PR account executive at Citoyen, where she was responsible for accounts in artificial intelligence, IT, sustainable mobility and entertainment.


Noémie is passionate about cooking and dedicates part of her free time to creating out of the ordinary recipes. When she’s not behind her stove, you can find her in nature with her do
